We have been working on our non-dairy ice cream recipe. The photo above is of our second (and better) attempt. We received the ice cream maker attachment with our Kitchenaid Alice as a wedding gift, and are very very pleased with it. We are learning about emulsifiers and fat content (yummy, huh?). In the end, I believe we will have a very amazingly delicious recipe for you... and it's so much cheaper than buying the non-dairy ice cream at the store for $5/pint!
